This place is clean, quiet and is so affordable! Well lit parking lot with extra parking for vehicles pulling a trailer. Breakfast til 10 AM and checkout isn't til noon. They have a little store down front complete with frozen meals and a bar in the lobby. We absolutely love stopping here!
Paty was amazing. She was very sweet and informative. She helped me with my find a charger for my electric vehicle and checked on me when I came by the desk. Loved the customer service.
Our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Liberal Kansas was amazing. We checked in our 1st day at 10:00 p.m. on July 1, 2025, Amy (front desk clerk) was so helpful on where to get food so late at night, she was friendly, professional and very accommodating. We were also served by Yvonne (bartender) who was very friendly and willing to help with any thing we needed. (We stayed a week). The next couple of days we had the pleasure to meet other front desk staff, (Patty and Chris), both of whom were also friendly, hospitable, and professional. Everyone was so happy and very easy to talk to. The room was nice and clean, (housekeeping) was very accommodating and helpful also. If we are ever in Liberal Kansas again Fairfield Inn is where I would stay. Great staff is hard to find! Thanks again Amy, Yvonne, Patty and Chris, it was a pleasure meeting all of you! Amazing stay at the Fairfield! The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and ran from 6:00 am - 10:00 am so it fit with my weird schedule working nights. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had plenty of parking.
Stayed here last weekend for a school reunion a few miles down the road. Definitely new...still has the new smell. Rooms are spacious, bed was great, bathroom is huge. Only small issue is there's no bathroom fan but taking a shower didn't fog up the mirror. I'd stay here again and I'll look for this brand in the future.
Christopher was a great help! My husband was traveling halfway across country for work and needed a place to stay overnight.
